Our Process

Once you get in touch, we will begin by asking some preliminary questions regarding size, subject matter and offer price quotes to establish the basic components of the project. We are happy to share some initial ideas and examples of our previous work before a deposit is required to secure the project.

Once received, we will begin finalising further details with you, such as the colour scheme, composition, style and additional extras. We are happy to do this over email, social media messenger, phone calls or video calls according to your preference. We can also post to you colour swatches, rough drafts and paper samples should you require to see the options in person.

Once the design has been finalised, we will require two to three weeks to complete the work, which we will keep you updated on.  Once completed and final adjustments have been made, the final payment is due before shipping. The art will then be posted via 48 Hour Tracked Delivery, which includes compensation for any potential problems, rolled or flat according to preference. Our art is delivered in plastic free, fully recyclable packaging with protective glassine paper and cardboard backings.
